KrispCall is a fair-priced cloud phone system with a power dialer, local numbers and a long list of CRM integrations. For a B2B team that runs cold email, its best use is narrow and practical: calling people who replied or booked, straight from HubSpot or Pipedrive, with every call logged. It is not a data tool or an email sender, so you still need Apollo for phone numbers and a sender such as Instantly, Smartlead or PlusVibe for the email side.
Some tool links here are affiliate links (disclosure). If you want to check plans yourself, you can see KrispCall's current plans. We have not used KrispCall in our own campaigns, so this review is built from KrispCall's pricing page, help center and product pages, read on October 19, 2026.
Quick verdict
| Best for | Small B2B sales teams and agencies that want to call warm cold email replies from their CRM |
| Price | Essential $15 per user per month, Standard $40 ($12 and $32 billed annually), Enterprise custom, as of October 2026 |
| Calls and SMS | Billed separately from a prepaid credit balance |
| Free trial | None, per KrispCall; a 14-day refund window applies |
| Power dialer | Standard and Enterprise, per KrispCall's comparison page |
| Biggest strength | Low per-seat price, one free local number per user and 80+ integration guides |
| Biggest weakness | Usage costs on top of the seat, and plan details that differ between KrispCall pages |
Pick KrispCall if you want a low-cost phone line and dialer that logs calls into HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce, and your call volume is modest.
Look elsewhere if you need predictive dialing for high-volume cold calling, a free trial before you commit, or unlimited calling bundled into the seat price.
What KrispCall is
KrispCall is a cloud telephony platform: virtual phone numbers, a desktop, web and mobile app for calls and SMS, IVR menus, call recording, a shared inbox it calls Callbox, and a power dialer. Its overview page says it offers local numbers in 100+ countries and works with 100+ CRM and business apps.
You buy seats, each seat gets a number, and you pay for minutes and texts from a credit balance. For a cold email team, that means a rep can call a prospect from inside the CRM record where the reply already sits.
KrispCall also markets an AI Copilot that writes call summaries, transcribes calls and suggests replies. On October 19, 2026, the AI Copilot page showed a "Request early access" button and did not say which plans include it or what it costs.
When calling a cold email reply actually helps
Most cold email replies are handled best by email. A phone call earns its place when it removes friction a written reply cannot. These are the cases where a call tends to make sense:
- "Call me" or a phone number in the signature. The prospect has told you how they prefer to talk.
- Interested, but stuck on a question. Pricing, scope or fit questions often get resolved faster in five minutes on the phone than in four emails.
- Booked but unconfirmed. A short confirmation call the day before can catch a calendar clash early.
- No-shows. A polite call after a missed meeting gives the prospect an easy way to rebook.
- Referrals. "Talk to Sarah, she runs ops" is a warm handoff, and a call that mentions the referrer can move faster than another cold email.
Calling is the wrong move when someone said no, asked to be removed or only reacted to an out-of-office. Respect those signals, keep your do-not-contact list synced across email and phone, and check the calling and texting rules that apply to you (for example the TCPA in the US or CASL in Canada) with your own counsel.
For what to say when you follow up by email instead, our follow-up email templates cover the common reply types. For research on follow-up timing and persistence, see our roundup of sales follow-up statistics.
KrispCall pricing (as of October 2026)
KrispCall sells per-user seats, then bills calls and SMS separately from a prepaid credit balance. The figures below come from KrispCall's pricing page and its "What is KrispCall" overview, both read on October 19, 2026.
| Plan | Monthly (per user) | Annual (per user per month) | Users | Notes from KrispCall |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | $15 | $12 | Up to 5 | "Recommended for Small Businesses, Startups & Freelancers"; basic reports |
| Standard | $40 | $32 | Unlimited | "Recommended for Mid-size Businesses & Call Centers"; advanced reports |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Unlimited | Custom solution |
Every plan card says "Calling & SMS charges applicable." KrispCall's comparison page against Aircall describes the annual price as a 20% discount.
Power dialer by plan
KrispCall's own comparison page against Aircall lists the power dialer under "Standard and Enterprise Plan." The pricing page includes a Power Dialer row in its feature table, but the plan checkmarks did not come through in the page text we could read. If the dialer is the reason you are buying, assume Standard ($40 per user per month, or $32 billed annually) and confirm before you pay.
Call and SMS credits
Credits are KrispCall's prepaid balance for outbound calls, SMS, MMS and voicemails to numbers outside KrispCall, according to its help center. You can top up manually or set auto-recharge with a threshold and a top-up amount. The help article does not publish minimum top-ups, expiry or refund terms for credits.
Per-minute and per-SMS rates sit on KrispCall's rates page, which loads figures per destination country from a drop-down. We could not read those figures in text form, so we do not quote them here. Check the rate for your main calling countries before you estimate monthly cost.
Phone numbers
The pricing page says each user gets one free local number from the US or Canada, or one local or mobile UK number, without document verification. Numbers in other countries need a purchase fee and carrier-specific documents.
KrispCall's help center lists extra US, Canada and UK local numbers at $4 and toll-free numbers at $5. That article was last updated in 2024 and does not state whether the price is monthly, so confirm in the app.
US texting registration fees
If you plan to send SMS to US numbers, the pricing page lists A2P 10DLC registration fees: $4 one-time brand registration, $15 one-time campaign vetting, then $1.50 per month for Low Volume Standard or $2 per month for Sole Prop.
Trial and refunds
Conflicting plan names
KrispCall's help center article on plans, dated 2026, still describes Starter at $15, Advance at $40, Max at $60 and Enterprise. The pricing page and overview page use Essential, Standard and Enterprise. We use the pricing page, which is what you see at checkout, and suggest you do the same.
Features that matter for a cold email team
Power dialer
KrispCall describes its power dialer as software that "loads and dials multiple numbers based on the set priority," so reps do not dial by hand. Its product page also mentions compiling contact lists, call recording and CRM integration. It does not describe predictive dialing, local presence rotation or voicemail drop for its own dialer, so ask about those if you need them.
For a cold email team, a power dialer is useful for one daily block: load every positive reply and every no-show from the last 24 hours, then work the list top to bottom.
Numbers and caller ID
Local numbers in 100+ countries help when you sell into several markets. KrispCall's help center also has an article on why a number may show as "Scam Likely," which is worth reading before your first calling block.
Callbox, recording and reports
Callbox is KrispCall's shared view of calls and messages, with filters for inbound and outbound activity. Calls can be recorded from the desktop or web app, and recordings can be played back and fast-forwarded. Reports are "Basic" on Essential and "Advance" on Standard and Enterprise, per the pricing page.
CRM integrations
This is where KrispCall is strongest for our use case. Its help center lists 83 integration setup articles, including HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, Close, Copper, Freshsales, Attio, monday, HighLevel, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, Slack, Zapier, Make and n8n.
| Integration | What KrispCall's help center says |
|---|---|
| HubSpot | Logs calls (answered, missed, voicemail) as Call engagements and SMS as Notes; optional two-way contact sync; a dialer inside HubSpot to dial, answer, transfer and text |
| Pipedrive | Shows caller and deal details during a call; logs calls, SMS and voicemails; triggers actions when a call ends |
| Salesforce | Open CTI softphone inside Salesforce; logs calls and messages; works with all KrispCall plans, but your Salesforce edition needs API access |
One inconsistency: the integrations section of the pricing page text still labeled Salesforce and Zoho "Coming Soon," while the help center has full setup guides for both. The Salesforce guide was last updated in 2025.
AI features
KrispCall's AI Copilot page lists call summaries, call transcription, reply suggestions and message rewriting. As of October 19, 2026, it asked visitors to request early access and did not publish plan availability or pricing. Treat AI as a future bonus, not a reason to buy today.
How KrispCall fits next to Apollo and your sender
KrispCall does not find phone numbers, and it does not send cold email. A working stack has three layers, each doing one job.
| Layer | Job | Tool examples |
|---|---|---|
| Data | Find prospects, emails and phone numbers | Apollo |
| Sending | Run sequences from many mailboxes, catch replies | Instantly, Smartlead, PlusVibe |
| Phone | Call replies and booked prospects, log every call | KrispCall |
Here is how the pieces connect in practice.
- Build the list in Apollo. Search and reveal work emails for the whole list in Apollo. Phone reveals use more credits than emails (see our Apollo review for credit costs), so many teams reveal phone numbers only for leads who reply. Our guide to prospecting with Apollo walks through list building.
- Send from a dedicated sender. Run the sequence from a cold email platform built for many mailboxes. PlusVibe syncs replies to the matching HubSpot contact and can update HubSpot status through status mapping, per its help center. Smartlead lists native HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho integrations plus webhooks on its Pro plan and up.
- Route positive replies to the CRM. Mark the reply as interested in your sender, and let the integration or a webhook create or update the CRM record.
- Call from inside the CRM. With KrispCall connected to HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce, the rep opens the record, reads the thread and calls from the embedded dialer. The call logs back to the same contact.
- Work the daily list. Once a day, load interested replies, unconfirmed meetings and no-shows into the power dialer and clear them.
If you are still choosing a sender, our roundup of the best cold email software compares Instantly, Smartlead, PlusVibe and others by use case.

KrispCall alternatives
Prices are from each vendor's own pricing page, read on October 19, 2026. Billing periods vary, so check the toggle on each page.
| Tool | Starting price (as published) | Power dialer | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| KrispCall | $15 per user per month, $12 annual | Standard and Enterprise | Low-cost seats with many CRM integrations |
| Aircall | $30 per license per month billed annually, 3-license minimum | Professional ($50) and Enterprise | Sales and support teams that want a large app marketplace |
| JustCall | $29 per user per month billed annually, 2-license minimum | Pro ($49) and up | Teams that may grow into predictive dialing |
| Dialpad | Connect Standard $15 per user per month | Listed in Support plans from $89 | Teams that want a business phone and contact center from one vendor |
| RingCentral | Plan prices not readable on the page text | Not confirmed | Larger companies that want a full UCaaS suite |
| Quo (formerly OpenPhone) | $19 per user per month, $15 annual | Not mentioned on pricing page | Small teams that want unlimited US and Canada calling in the seat |
| Apollo dialer | Included with paid Apollo plans | Advanced Dialer add-on | Teams already using Apollo for data and sequences |
Aircall
Aircall lists Essentials at $30 per license per month billed annually and Professional at $50, both with a 3-license minimum, plus custom Enterprise with a 25-license minimum. Its pricing page shows the power dialer on Professional and Enterprise and an AI Assist Pro add-on at $49 per seat per month. Aircall suits teams that want a well-known platform with a wide integration marketplace and can meet the license minimum.
JustCall
JustCall lists Team at $29, Pro at $49 and Pro Plus at $89 per user per month billed annually, with a 2-license minimum. The power dialer starts on Pro, and a custom SalesPro plan adds a predictive dialer for up to 10 lines. It fits teams that expect to scale into higher-volume calling.
Dialpad
Dialpad lists Connect Standard at $15 and Pro at $25 per user per month, and Sell plans at $39, $59 and $79. On the pricing page we read, the power dialer appeared in the Support plans starting at $89, not in Connect or Sell, so confirm with Dialpad which plan you need for dialing.
RingCentral
RingCentral sells RingEX business phone plans and add-ons such as AI Receptionist from $39 and Conversational Intelligence from $60. The plan prices did not appear in the page text we could read on October 19, 2026, so check the page directly.
Quo (formerly OpenPhone)
Quo lists Starter at $19, Business at $33 and Scale at $47 per user per month, or $15, $23 and $35 billed annually. Each user gets one number with unlimited US and Canada calling subject to fair use, extra numbers cost $5 per month, and HubSpot and Salesforce integrations start on Business. There is a 7-day free trial, and the pricing page does not mention a power dialer.
Apollo's built-in dialer
If your team already lives in Apollo, its dialer may be enough. Apollo's help center says all paid accounts have dialer access, connected calls are billed in credits with a 30-second minimum, and calls that ring out or fail use zero credits. Parallel dialing, power dialing, international calls and local presence need the Advanced Dialer add-on, whose price is not listed in that help article. You can compare Apollo plans on its site.
Who should buy KrispCall
Good fit:
- Founders and small sales teams who run cold email and want to call warm replies from HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce.
- Agencies that set up meetings for clients and need confirmation and no-show calls logged in the client's CRM.
- Teams selling into several countries that need local numbers.
If KrispCall matches your workflow, check KrispCall's plans and integrations and confirm the power dialer and your country's call rates with its team before you buy.
Rather not run it yourself?
Setting up data, sending, reply routing and calling takes time, and each layer needs maintenance. Koldify, the done-for-you cold email agency where David Tile is a partner, runs outbound campaigns for B2B companies on PlusVibe, Smartlead and Email Bison. If you would rather hand off the email side, book a 30-minute call with David at Koldify.

Frequently asked questions
How much does KrispCall cost?
As of October 2026, KrispCall's pricing page lists Essential at $15 per user per month ($12 billed annually, up to 5 users), Standard at $40 per user per month ($32 billed annually, unlimited users) and custom Enterprise pricing. Calls and SMS are billed on top of the plan from a prepaid credit balance.
Does KrispCall have a free trial?
No. KrispCall's own overview page says it does not offer free trials at the moment and points you to a demo instead. Its pricing FAQ describes a refund policy that applies only if you unsubscribe within 14 days of purchase.
Which KrispCall plan includes the power dialer?
KrispCall's comparison page against Aircall lists the power dialer on the Standard and Enterprise plans. The plan-by-plan checkmarks on the pricing page could not be read in text form on October 19, 2026, so confirm with KrispCall before buying Essential for dialing.
Does KrispCall integrate with HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce?
Yes. KrispCall's help center has setup guides for HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce among 80+ integration articles. The HubSpot integration logs calls and SMS to contacts, offers two-way contact sync and puts a KrispCall dialer inside HubSpot.
Is KrispCall good for cold calling?
It can run outbound calling with a power dialer on Standard and above, local numbers and CRM logging. For B2B teams that mainly run cold email, it fits best as the phone layer for calling warm replies and booked prospects, not as a high-volume cold calling engine.
How much does a KrispCall phone number cost?
KrispCall's pricing page says each user gets one free local number in the US or Canada, or one local or mobile UK number, without document verification. Its help center lists additional US, Canada and UK local numbers at $4 and toll-free numbers at $5, but that article does not say whether the price is monthly.
