Koldify vs SoPro: An Honest Comparison for B2B Buyers

Koldify and SoPro both run outbound for B2B companies, but they are built differently. SoPro is a large, multi-channel prospecting service with published benchmarks and a strong UK and EU compliance setup. Koldify is a smaller, email-first, done-for-you cold email agency that runs its own sending infrastructure and hands every reply straight to your team.

If you want several channels, deep proof and GDPR handling out of the box, SoPro is the safer default. If you want a focused cold email program, month to month, with direct access to the person running it, Koldify is worth a call.

Who wrote this: Nerdy Joe is the content site of Koldify, where David Tile is a partner. That makes us one of the two companies in this comparison, so we have tried hard to say where SoPro is stronger. Every SoPro fact below comes from SoPro's own website, checked in October 2026.

How SoPro works

SoPro describes itself as a managed, people-led prospecting service that has been in business for over 10 years. Its homepage headline says it is "trusted by 3,750+ businesses," and its live counters show 3,375 clients, 22,839 campaigns and more than 91 million outreach messages (the two client figures differ, so treat them as approximate).

The service includes audience mapping and a freshly built prospect list, multi-channel outreach, intent tracking, a dedicated account manager, regular progress calls and a 24/7 reporting portal. SoPro says replies from every channel come straight to your team "so they can focus on selling," and it integrates with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Zoho.

On the cold email side, SoPro says it can launch in about three weeks, covering ICP definition, data sourcing and verification, and messaging. It also manages sending domains and warmup for you.

How Koldify works

Koldify is a done-for-you cold email agency where David Tile is a partner. It owns and operates its sending infrastructure, so there is no reseller or middleman between you and the inboxes that send your campaigns. Campaigns go out from separate sending domains, never from your main company domain.

The first three weeks or so are inbox warmup. During that time, Koldify builds the lead list, the offer and the copy with you, and nothing goes out until you approve it. Campaigns typically launch around week four.

Once campaigns are live, replies are routed to you. Your team handles the conversation, books the meeting and closes the deal. That is a deliberate choice: you hear prospects in their own words from the first reply.

Pricing

SoPro (as of October 2026): SoPro does not publish tiers. Its pricing page says "pricing starts at around $3.8K per month," while the page's meta description says "starting at £3K per month." It also says there is no minimum contract, and that the data it builds is yours to download and keep.

SoPro's live results page also shows a monthly cost per lead that ranged from $396.48 to $586.36 across the months listed when we checked. That is a benchmark across its campaigns, not a quote for yours.

Koldify: Koldify does not publish prices. Pricing is shared on the 30-minute intro call with David, after he understands your market, volume and offer. It is month to month, with no long-term contract.

Where SoPro is stronger

Being fair here matters more than winning the comparison. SoPro has real advantages:

  • Scale and track record. Over a decade in business, thousands of clients and tens of thousands of campaigns, per its own counters.
  • Published live benchmarks. Its live campaign results page shows 792 campaigns, about 9.33 million prospects, a 2.01% lead rate and a 9.94% intent rate, with breakdowns by company size, industry and month. Very few agencies publish anything like it.
  • Case studies and reviews. Its success stories page says it holds over 60 case studies, and its homepage shows ratings on G2, Clutch, Capterra and others.
  • GDPR and PECR handling. SoPro documents a Legitimate Interest Assessment, suppression lists updated within 24 hours, hashed exclusion lists, a DPO and an EU representative.
  • UK and EU coverage. It has a UK registered company and a cold email page written for UK buyers.
  • More channels. If you want LinkedIn, ads and gifting in the same program, SoPro offers them.
  • Awards. Its awards page lists a 2025 Engage Awards win for lead generation and a 2021 Stevie Gold.

Where Koldify is stronger

  • Email-first focus. Koldify does one channel. If cold email is where your buyers respond, you are not paying for channels you will not use.
  • Owned infrastructure. Koldify operates its own sending setup, with separate sending domains, so your main domain is never used for cold outreach.
  • Your team owns every reply. Replies go to you, so you control tone, qualification and follow-up from the first message.
  • Approval before launch. Lists, offer and copy are built with you and approved before anything sends.
  • Direct access. The intro call is with David, who runs the agency.
  • Month to month. No long-term contract.

Koldify's published proof includes Vidsec (160+ ready-to-buy leads in 2 months and $12,000+ closed), Black Stone Funding Group (120+ leads in 60 days) and Skrapper (140+ interested leads). Its own outbound produced about 500 leads from about 250,000 sends in 3 weeks.

Want a second opinion? If you are weighing SoPro against an email-first agency, book a 30-minute call with David at Koldify. He will tell you if a multi-channel provider is the better fit.

Limits of each

SoPro limits to weigh:

  • No published tiers, and the pricing page shows two different starting figures in two currencies.
  • Its homepage headline and its live counter show different client numbers.
  • A multi-channel bundle may include services you do not need.
  • SoPro manages replies before passing sales enquiries on, so ask how a "lead" is defined and what reaches your team.

Koldify limits to weigh:

  • Email only. If you need LinkedIn, calling or ads managed by the same team, Koldify is not built for that.
  • Your team must handle replies, booking and closing. If nobody can respond quickly, you will waste good replies.
  • About four weeks before campaigns launch, because of warmup.
  • Smaller company, with less published benchmark data than SoPro.
  • No public pricing.

Who should pick which

Choose SoPro if you want one provider to run several channels, you sell mostly into the UK or EU and want documented GDPR and PECR handling, or you need benchmark data and dozens of case studies to get internal sign-off.

Choose Koldify if you want cold email as your main channel, you have someone who can answer replies and close, you prefer month to month with a small team, and you want your main domain kept out of cold outreach. Our done-for-you cold email services page explains the program in more detail.

Consider neither if you have no proven offer yet, or no one available to follow up on replies. Fix those first. Our cold email agency guide explains when hiring one makes sense and when it does not.

Questions to ask any outbound agency

Ask these of SoPro, Koldify or anyone else before you sign:

  1. Whose domains and inboxes send my campaigns, and what happens to them if I leave?
  2. How do you define a "lead," and does a polite decline ever count as one?
  3. Who reads replies first, and how fast do they reach my team?
  4. What exactly do I approve before launch: the list, the offer, the copy?
  5. How long is warmup, and when will the first emails go out?
  6. Which regions do you send to, and how do you handle GDPR, PECR and CAN-SPAM?
  7. What is the notice period to cancel?
  8. Can I see results from a client in my industry and deal size?

The DIY option

You can also skip agencies and run cold email yourself. Some tool links here are affiliate links (disclosure). Nerdy Joe is a certified Apollo.io Managed Services Partner and a PlusVibe Certified Silver Partner.

A basic stack looks like this, with prices as of October 2026:

Job Tool Starting price
Contact data Apollo Basic $49 per user per month on annual billing
Sending, warmup, inbox rotation PlusVibe Personal $37 per month (25,000 emails)
Sending (alternative) Instantly Growth $47 per month (5,000 emails)
Sending (alternative) Smartlead Base $39 per month (6,000 sends)

You will also need separate sending domains and inboxes, plus time to warm them up, write copy and handle replies. Our comparison of hiring an agency vs doing it yourself prices the full stack and the hours it takes.

DIY makes sense if you have time and want to learn the market yourself. If you would rather hand off the setup and sending but keep the replies in-house, talk to David at Koldify about a done-for-you program.

Bottom line

SoPro is a strong choice for multi-channel prospecting, especially in the UK and EU, and it backs its claims with more public data than most agencies. Koldify is a focused alternative for companies that want cold email done for them on agency-owned infrastructure, with every reply going straight to their own team.

If neither fits, our list of SoPro alternatives covers eight more agencies. Compare any of them against the questions above, and pick the one whose model matches how your team sells. If you want to see whether Koldify fits, book an intro call with David.

Frequently asked questions

Is SoPro a cold email agency?

SoPro calls itself a B2B lead generation agency and runs a managed, multi-channel prospecting service. Email is one channel, alongside LinkedIn, display ad audience syncing, gifting, webchat and website visitor identification.

How much does SoPro cost per month?

As of October 2026, SoPro's pricing page says pricing starts at around $3.8K per month, while the same page's meta description says it starts at £3K per month. There are no published tiers, so you get a tailored quote.

Does SoPro require a long-term contract?

No. SoPro's pricing page says there is no minimum contract. Koldify also works month to month with no long-term contract.

Is SoPro GDPR compliant?

SoPro says it operates in full compliance with GDPR and PECR, relies on legitimate interest supported by a Legitimate Interest Assessment, keeps suppression lists and has a Data Protection Officer. Read its legal page and ask your own counsel how that applies to your campaigns.

What is a good SoPro alternative for a cold email only program?

If you want email as the main channel and prefer to handle every reply in-house, an email-first agency such as Koldify is a reasonable alternative. If you want several channels managed under one roof, SoPro or a multi-channel agency like Belkins or Martal fits better.

Who owns the data after a SoPro campaign?

SoPro says the data from your campaigns, including contact details, reply history and enriched prospect information, is yours to download and keep. Sending domains are a separate question, so ask any agency what happens to them when you leave.
