The best SoPro alternatives in 2026 are Belkins and Martal Group for multi-channel appointment setting, Callbox and Operatix for international coverage, Pearl Lemon Leads for UK companies, CIENCE and SalesHive for SDR teams, Cleverly for LinkedIn-led outreach, and Koldify for done-for-you cold email. Which one fits depends on your channels, your markets and how much of the sales conversation you want to keep in-house.

This guide explains what each agency offers, who it suits and what it publishes about pricing, all checked on each company's own site in October 2026.

Who wrote this: Nerdy Joe is the content site of Koldify, a done-for-you cold email agency where David Tile is a partner, and Koldify is one of the nine agencies below. We list it once, in the middle, and we have tried to describe every agency, including SoPro, on its own terms.

First, what SoPro does well

It is worth being clear about what you would be giving up. SoPro runs a managed, multi-channel prospecting service covering email, LinkedIn, display ad audience syncing, gifting, webchat and website visitor identification. Its pricing page says pricing starts at around $3.8K per month (the meta description says £3K per month), with no minimum contract, as of October 2026.

SoPro's strengths are real:

  • Scale. Over 10 years in business, and its homepage counters show thousands of clients and more than 91 million outreach messages.
  • Published benchmarks. Its live campaign results page is updated daily, with lead rate, intent rate and cost per lead broken down by company size, industry and month.
  • Case studies. Its success stories page says it has over 60.
  • GDPR and PECR. It documents a Legitimate Interest Assessment, suppression lists, a Data Protection Officer and an EU representative.
  • UK and EU coverage. It has a UK registered company and a UK-focused cold email page.

People look for alternatives for practical reasons: they want a published price, a different channel mix, more control over replies, a US-based SDR team or a smaller provider. If none of those apply, SoPro may already be the right choice.

The 9 best SoPro alternatives

1. Belkins

What it offers: Belkins calls itself a B2B lead generation agency and says it has been running outbound since 2017. Its channels include email, outbound and intent-based calling, voicemail, SMS and WhatsApp, LinkedIn and paid ads, and its pricing page adds account-based marketing, executive dinners, conference activation and webinar support.

Pricing: No dollar prices are published. Belkins sells packages by yearly appointment volume: Growth (100+), Growth Plus (200+), a small business package (30+) delivered through partner agencies, and Enterprise with custom SLAs. Every package includes a sales audit, TAM calculation, manual lead research, copywriting, scheduling with no-show recovery and reporting.

Who it suits: Companies that want a high, measurable number of booked appointments and are comfortable with an appointment-setting model. Belkins says it launches campaigns within 14 days and shows 4.9 on Clutch (230 reviews) and 4.8 on G2 (93 reviews) on its homepage.

We compare it directly in Koldify vs Belkins.

2. Martal Group

What it offers: Martal calls itself a B2B lead generation agency and sales enablement partner, with 15 years in business. It pairs a team it describes as 200+ onshore sales executives (60% US, 20% Canada, 10% EU, 10% LATAM) with its own AI outreach platform. Services include cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling, appointment setting, sales outsourcing and inbound lead generation.

Pricing: No dollar amounts. Tier 1A outbound starts with a three-month pilot, then a flat monthly fee. Tiers 2 and 3 start with a four-month pilot and add a sales commission on top of the monthly fee, covering onboarding and account management.

Who it suits: Companies that want a human sales team, not only campaigns, and are open to a pilot commitment. Its EU share is small, so ask about European coverage if that matters.

3. Callbox

What it offers: Callbox says it was founded in 2004 and runs B2B lead generation, appointment setting, outsourced SDR teams, account-based marketing, demand generation and event marketing. Its channels are phone, email, LinkedIn, chat, social and events.

Regions: This is Callbox's main difference. It lists teams across North America, Asia-Pacific (Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong), Europe and the UK with GDPR-focused outreach, and Latin America, and offers multilingual SDR teams.

Pricing: No specific prices on its homepage. Its FAQ says pricing varies by campaign scope, target market and engagement model.

Who it suits: Companies selling across several regions, especially into APAC, that want a long-established provider with multilingual reach.

4. Operatix

What it offers: Operatix runs outbound sales development, inbound lead qualification, marketing acceleration and channel acceleration. Its homepage says it has come together with memoryBlue, another outsourced sales firm.

Focus: Operatix says its client portfolio is 100% B2B software vendors, across areas such as cybersecurity, data and analytics, cloud, fintech, martech and HR tech. It covers North America, EMEA, LATAM and APAC, sells in 22 languages and lists offices in London, California, Texas and Singapore.

Pricing: Not published on its homepage.

Who it suits: Software companies that want SDR coverage across European markets and languages, which is one of the few areas where it overlaps closely with SoPro's UK and EU strength.

5. Pearl Lemon Leads

What it offers: Pearl Lemon Leads positions itself as a lead generation agency for UK companies, headquartered in London with offices in New York and San Francisco. Services include prospect research, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, telemarketing and appointment setting.

Pricing (as of October 2026): It is one of the few agencies here with published starting prices, shown in GBP on its enquiry forms:

Service Starting price per month
Cold email £2,497+
LinkedIn lead generation £2,497+
Cold calling £2,997+
Multi-channel lead gen £3,497+
Appointment setting £4,497

Contract terms are not stated on the homepage, so ask.

Who it suits: UK businesses that want a London-based provider and like seeing a starting price before the first call.

6. Koldify

What it offers: Koldify is a done-for-you cold email agency where David Tile is a partner. It owns and operates its sending infrastructure, with no middlemen, and sends from separate domains, never your main company domain. Inboxes warm up for about three weeks, and campaigns typically launch around week four.

How it differs from SoPro: Koldify is email only. Lists, offer and copy are built with you and approved before launch, and replies are routed straight to your team, which handles the conversation, booking and closing. It works month to month with no long-term contract.

Pricing: Not published. It is shared on a 30-minute intro call with David.

Proof: Koldify reports 10M+ cold emails sent, 50K+ leads generated, $10M+ in pipeline and $2M+ in revenue generated for clients. Named results include Vidsec (160+ ready-to-buy leads in 2 months and $12,000+ closed) and Black Stone Funding Group (120+ leads in 60 days).

Who it suits: Companies where cold email already reaches buyers and someone in-house can respond fast. It is not the right fit if you need LinkedIn, calling or ads run by the same team, or if no one can handle replies. Our head-to-head Koldify vs SoPro goes deeper.

Want a second opinion? If you are not sure whether you need a multi-channel agency or an email-first one, book a 30-minute call with David at Koldify. He will say so if another agency on this list fits better.

7. CIENCE

What it offers: CIENCE books qualified sales meetings for B2B teams using outbound and inbound SDR teams across phone, email and LinkedIn. It also offers cold email, appointment setting, telemarketing, ads and B2B contact data.

Pricing (as of October 2026): CIENCE publishes its fee structure:

  • Campaign team: $2,000 per month
  • graph8 platform: $499 per month, with 75,000 credits included
  • SDRs per person per month: from $1,750 offshore, from $2,500 in Europe, from $3,500 in the US
  • A performance bonus per SDR tied to held meetings, plus a one-time setup fee (amount not stated)

Its own example, with five offshore SDRs, comes to $11,249 per month before bonuses. It says it works month to month and goes live in under 14 days.

Who it suits: Companies that want a scalable SDR team with transparent cost building blocks and the option of Europe-based reps.

8. SalesHive

What it offers: SalesHive runs outsourced SDR teams built around cold calling and email, with a core team it describes as 100% US-based and offshore calling as a separate option. Its plans are Starter (phone only), Growth (phone and email) and Crush (two SDRs, phone and email).

Pricing and terms: Plans are custom quoted. SalesHive says it is month to month by default, charges no setup fees, bills nothing until you approve the launch and does not guarantee a number of meetings. It also mentions annual plans with a lower rate and a longer commitment, so confirm the term.

Who it suits: US-focused companies whose buyers still answer the phone and that want calling at the center of outbound.

9. Cleverly

What it offers: Cleverly runs LinkedIn outreach, cold email, cold calling, appointment setting and outsourced SDRs. It started with LinkedIn, and its cold email offer includes building sending infrastructure, list curation and sequence writing.

Pricing: Not published on its homepage. It offers a free consultation.

Expectations: Cleverly says most clients begin seeing positive replies and leads within the first two to four weeks. That is a stated expectation, not a guarantee.

Who it suits: Founders and consultants whose buyers are active on LinkedIn and who want a provider that leads with that channel.

How to choose a SoPro alternative

Start with these five questions. They narrow the list quickly.

1. Which channels do your buyers actually respond to? If email works, an email-first agency avoids paying for channels you will not use. If you need phone and LinkedIn as well, stick with Belkins, Martal, Callbox, CIENCE or SoPro itself.

2. Where are your buyers? For the UK and EU, SoPro, Pearl Lemon Leads, Operatix and Callbox show the most visible European focus. For US-only campaigns, SalesHive and Martal lean heavily on North American reps.

3. Who should handle replies? Some agencies manage replies and qualify leads before passing them on. Others, like Koldify, route replies straight to your team. Neither is better in general, but it changes how fast you hear from prospects and how much you need to staff.

4. How much commitment can you take on? Month-to-month providers (Koldify, CIENCE, SalesHive and SoPro with no minimum contract) are lower risk. Pilots of three to four months, like Martal's, give the agency time to optimize but tie up more budget.

5. Do you need a published price? Pearl Lemon Leads and CIENCE publish figures, and SoPro gives a starting point. Everyone else quotes after a call.

Questions to ask any agency on the call

Use these with any provider on this list, SoPro included:

  • Whose domains and inboxes send my campaigns, and what happens to them if I leave?
  • How do you define a lead or a qualified meeting, and do polite declines ever count?
  • How quickly do replies reach my team, and in what format?
  • What do I approve before launch?
  • How do you handle GDPR, PECR and CAN-SPAM for my target regions?
  • What is the notice period, and are there setup fees?
  • Can I speak to a current client in my industry?

Watch for warning signs such as guaranteed results or sending from your main domain. Our guide to lead generation agency red flags covers them in detail, and our lead generation services page shows what a done-for-you engagement includes.

The DIY alternative

If no agency fits your budget, you can run cold email yourself. Some tool links here are affiliate links (disclosure). Nerdy Joe is a certified Apollo.io Managed Services Partner and a PlusVibe Certified Silver Partner.

A starting stack, with prices as of October 2026:

  • Sending, warmup and inbox rotation: PlusVibe Personal costs $37 per month for 25,000 emails, and Business costs $77 per month for 150,000 emails.
  • Contact data: Apollo Basic costs $49 per user per month on annual billing.
  • Other senders to compare: Instantly Growth at $47 per month and Smartlead Base at $39 per month.

You also need separate sending domains and inboxes, weeks of warmup and someone to write copy and answer replies. Our breakdown of hiring an agency vs doing it yourself adds up the real cost and time.

If you would rather hand off the setup and sending but keep the conversations in-house, book an intro call with David at Koldify to see whether a done-for-you program fits.

Bottom line

SoPro is a capable, well-documented agency, and for UK and EU multi-channel prospecting it is hard to beat on published proof. The alternatives above make sense when you want a different channel mix, a published price, an SDR team, a US calling focus or an email-first program where your team owns every reply.

Shortlist two or three, ask each the same questions, and compare answers side by side. If cold email is your main channel, you can also talk to David at Koldify before you decide.

Frequently asked questions

Who are SoPro's main competitors?

SoPro competes with other managed outbound and lead generation agencies such as Belkins, Martal Group, Callbox, CIENCE, SalesHive, Cleverly, Pearl Lemon Leads and Operatix. Data platforms like Cognism and ZoomInfo also come up in comparisons, but they sell software and data rather than a managed service.

What is the cheapest SoPro alternative?

Few agencies publish prices, so it is hard to rank them on cost. Among those that do, Pearl Lemon Leads lists cold email from £2,497 a month and CIENCE lists a $2,000 campaign team fee plus a $499 platform fee and SDRs from $1,750 each, as of October 2026. Running cold email yourself with tools costs far less in cash but takes your time.

Which SoPro alternative is best for the UK and EU?

Pearl Lemon Leads is London-based and targets UK companies, Operatix has a London office and sells in 22 languages for B2B software vendors, and Callbox says it runs GDPR-focused outreach across Europe and the UK. Ask each one how it handles GDPR and PECR for your campaigns.

Which SoPro alternatives work month to month?

As of October 2026, CIENCE and SalesHive say they work month to month, and Koldify works month to month with no long-term contract. Martal Group starts with a three- or four-month pilot, so check terms carefully before you sign.

Should I choose a multi-channel agency or an email-first agency?

Choose multi-channel if your buyers respond across email, LinkedIn and phone and you want one team to run all of it. Choose email-first if cold email already works in your market and you would rather pay for depth in one channel.

Is SoPro worth it compared to its alternatives?

SoPro is a strong option if you want multi-channel prospecting with published benchmarks and documented GDPR handling, and it has no minimum contract. Whether it is worth it depends on your budget, channels and how much of the reply handling you want to keep in-house.
