Pricing head-to-head at three volumes
Most buyers decide here, so this section uses only published monthly prices as of October 2026. Both vendors sell add-ons, so read these as base sending costs, not your final bill.
Scenario 1: small team, about 6,000 to 25,000 emails a month
- PlusVibe Personal: $37 a month for 25,000 emails, 30,000 active leads and 1,000 enrichment credits.
- Instantly Growth: $47 a month, but it stops at 5,000 emails and 1,000 contacts.
- Instantly Hypergrowth: $97 a month for 125,000 emails and 25,000 contacts. Instantly has no overage billing, so anything over 5,000 emails means this tier.
At 6,000 emails or more, the math is $97 minus $37 = $60 a month in PlusVibe's favor. On annual billing, it is $77.60 minus $30.80 = $46.80 a month.
If you truly stay under 5,000 emails, the gap shrinks to $47 minus $37 = $10 a month, or $37.60 minus $30.80 = $6.80 on annual plans. Note that Personal has no API, while Instantly Growth does.
Scenario 2: growing team, about 100,000 to 150,000 emails a month
- PlusVibe Business: $77 a month for 150,000 emails, 100,000 active leads, 3,000 enrichment credits, API and webhooks.
- Instantly Hypergrowth: $97 a month for 125,000 emails and 25,000 uploaded contacts. Some older pages list 100,000 emails, which still covers the low end of this range.
Up to 125,000 emails, the difference is $97 minus $77 = $20 a month for PlusVibe. Annual: $77.60 minus $64.20 = $13.40 a month.
At the full 150,000, Hypergrowth runs out. Instantly's Outbound Add-on ($87) adds 125,000 emails and 25,000 contacts, so the total becomes $97 plus $87 = $184. That is $184 minus $77 = $107 a month more than PlusVibe Business.
Contacts matter too. Hypergrowth allows 25,000 uploaded contacts in total, with no monthly reset, while PlusVibe Business allows 100,000 active leads.
Scenario 3: agency, about 500,000 emails a month
- PlusVibe Agency: from $497 a month for 500,000+ emails, 1M+ active leads, isolated sending servers, dedicated IPs, client workspaces and white label.
- Instantly Light Speed: $358 a month for 500,000 emails, 100,000 contacts and SISR dedicated servers and IPs.
Here Instantly wins: $497 minus $358 = $139 a month. Annual: $415 minus $286.30 = $128.70 a month.
PlusVibe Agency is not a like-for-like match. It bundles client workspaces, white label and a far higher active-lead limit, and its price is listed as "from," so get a quote. Instantly's Agency bundle ($555) adds 10,000 credits to Light Speed.

Base monthly sending cost at three volumes, as of October 2026. Add-ons are extra. Confirm current prices on each pricing page before you buy.
Deliverability
Neither company publishes independent inbox placement data, and we have not run a controlled test, so we compare the toolkits instead.
What PlusVibe offers
PlusVibe includes warmup on every plan. The default ramp starts at 5 emails a day and adds 5 a day up to 50. Business adds advanced settings: a randomized limit, business-type keywords, schedules, a custom tracking domain inside warmup and a target reply rate.
Protection features include a Warmup Health Score, auto-pause on high bounce rates, tracking of replies that landed in spam and Slack alerts. SEG Detection, added in July 2026, skips recipients behind secure email gateways and is on by default. You can also cap daily sends per recipient domain and sync a block list from Google Sheets.
Placement testing is a paid add-on, not part of the base plans. It costs $19, $39 or $89 a month. The help center calls the middle tier "Pro" while the pricing page calls it "Growth," so check the name when you buy. Its Email Recovery Automation can pause sending or reduce warmup when placement falls below a threshold you set.

What PlusVibe claims
Some of PlusVibe's strongest selling points are its own claims, and we label them that way. PlusVibe says its warmup pool has 350k+ accounts and calls it the most secure in the industry. It says the pool keeps spam operators out, but no help article explains how senders are screened.
PlusVibe also lists a 99.7% deliverability guarantee in its pricing table. It publishes no terms, remedy or measurement method for that guarantee, so treat it as marketing until you get the details in writing. Customer stats in PlusVibe's partner materials, such as one customer saving 63% against a previous platform, are single testimonials rather than platform averages.
What Instantly offers
Instantly claims a pool of 1M+ real accounts on its warmup page and 4.2M+ in another of its own documents. It uses headless browsers that open and scroll through warmup emails, ramps slowly and randomizes daily volume. Its Standard Warmup Pool caps SMTP accounts at 100, 500 or 1,000 by plan.
The AI Deliverability Agent, launched June 2026, watches DNS, blocklists, warmup and bounces and can apply supported fixes. Inbox Placement costs $47 or $97 a month and monitors 94 blacklists. Its automations can pause a mailbox when placement drops or it gets blocklisted. Light Speed adds SISR, which shards sending across dedicated servers and IPs.
Instantly has the deeper monitoring stack. PlusVibe has the cheaper placement add-on. Either way, domains, list hygiene, volume per mailbox and copy drive most of your results, and our list of spam trigger words to avoid covers the copy side.
Sending, inbox and campaigns
Both tools rotate sends across connected mailboxes. Instantly states unlimited email accounts on every Outreach plan. PlusVibe does not charge per mailbox and reviewers report connecting unlimited inboxes, but its pricing page does not state a mailbox cap or an "unlimited" guarantee. If you plan to connect hundreds of mailboxes, ask PlusVibe to confirm your limit.
PlusVibe also matches sender and recipient providers, and Agency adds dedicated connector IPs and IP rotation.
Unified inbox. PlusVibe's Unibox works on every plan and includes AI sentiment labels, scheduled replies, push notifications, round-robin assignment and auto follow-up. Instantly's Unibox gained deeper search and bounce analytics in May 2026, but Growth users can only preview replies. Answering from Unibox needs Hypergrowth.
Instantly's Unibox pulls replies from every sending account into one inbox. Image: Instantly.
Sequences and testing. PlusVibe offers unlimited campaigns, sub-sequences, an AI Sequence Writer, Auto-Spintax, A/B testing and bulk campaign edits. Instantly's A/Z testing allows up to 26 variants per step and can switch off weak variants automatically on every plan. Subsequences on Instantly start at Hypergrowth.
Usability. Both score 9.4 for Ease of Use on G2's comparison page, and PlusVibe edges ahead on Ease of Setup (9.5 vs 9.2). PlusVibe reviewers do complain about the dark theme and some bugs in the prospects tab.
Lead data and enrichment
This is Instantly's clearest advantage.
Instantly SuperSearch lists 450M+ contacts on the pricing page, while the help center says 610M+. It runs on Instantly Credits, sold separately from $9 a month for 150 credits. A work email costs about 1.5 credits on average, and unused credits expire after 2 months on monthly plans. Autofill and the Lead Finder Agent can refill campaigns automatically.
PlusVibe has no searchable lead database. It includes enrichment credits in every plan: 1,000 on Personal and 3,000 on Business. Credits cover email verification, website scraping, AI personalization, business-email finding and LinkedIn profiles, and a Lead Scraper Chrome extension pulls prospects from the web.
So with PlusVibe you bring your lists. With Instantly you can build them in the app, at an extra cost. If you are building lists by hand, our guide on how to find anyone's email address covers the basic methods.
AI features
Instantly has the broader, clearly priced AI set. Copilot builds campaigns through chat. The AI Reply Agent handles responses for 5 credits per reply, and the AI Sales Agent finds prospects and writes outreach for 5 credits per lead. September 2026 added agents for partnerships, investing, recruiting, user research and voice calls.
PlusVibe's AI is narrower and focused on campaigns. It includes the AI Sequence Writer and Copy Assistant, AI icebreakers and personalization, and AI reply sentiment detection on every plan. The AI Reply Agent needs Business, and since March 2026 it also handles follow-up replies. You can use your own OpenAI key, and an MCP server has worked with Claude, Cursor and custom GPTs since October 2025.
If you want AI to prospect for you, Instantly is ahead. If you only need AI to write and triage campaigns, PlusVibe covers that for less.
Agency features and white label
PlusVibe gives agencies more headroom at lower tiers. Every plan includes unlimited team members, and Business adds extra workspaces from $29 a month. Agency includes dedicated client workspaces, white label for each client, isolated sending servers and a private Slack channel for support.
White label gating is unclear. The pricing page lists it under Agency only, while the help center says the White Label Client App is on Business and Agency. That app is a branded mobile app with your logo, at no charge to your client. Confirm which plan you need before you promise it to clients.
Instantly includes white label on Hypergrowth and Light Speed with no extra fee listed. The catch is structural: each workspace has one agency portal, and a client with Campaigns access sees every campaign in that workspace. Isolating clients means separate workspaces, each with its own subscription. The September 2026 redesign did add multi-workspace management with combined reporting.
If you would rather hand the whole setup to a team that already runs it, you can talk to Koldify about done-for-you outbound.
Integrations and API
PlusVibe has a native HubSpot integration that syncs sent emails and replies, maps statuses and can create deals. Salesforce and Pipedrive are listed as planned. It also connects to Slack, Calendly, Google Sheets, Zapier and Make. Webhooks and the API start on Business, and reviewers have asked for API access on Personal.
Instantly connects natively to HubSpot and Pipedrive. Salesforce runs only through OutboundSync, a third party. It also lists HighLevel, RB2B, Clay, Calendly, Zapier, Make, an MCP server and a ChatGPT plugin. API V2 starts on Growth, and webhooks need Hypergrowth.
Neither has native Salesforce today.
Reviews and support
On G2, both sit at 4.8 out of 5 as of October 2026. Instantly's score comes from 4,159 reviews and PlusVibe's from 75, so Instantly's rating rests on a much larger base. 97.1% of PlusVibe's G2 reviewers are small businesses.
G2's comparison page puts PlusVibe slightly ahead on Quality of Support (9.6 vs 9.5). PlusVibe reviewers praise fast support and cost-to-value, and complain about the interface and features gated above Personal.
We found no Trustpilot profile for PlusVibe. Instantly's Trustpilot page showed no score in October 2026, with a notice that its rating is unavailable due to a breach of Trustpilot's guidelines. Instantly reviewers also report billing trouble, since each separate subscription needs cancelling. With either tool, start monthly.
Who should choose which
Choose PlusVibe if you:
- Send roughly 6,000 to 150,000 emails a month and want the lowest base price.
- Already have a data source and do not need a lead database.
- Want unlimited team members and a unified inbox on the cheapest plan.
- Need webhooks and the API below $97 a month.
- Run a small agency and want extra workspaces from $29 each.
Choose Instantly if you:
- Want lead data, enrichment and sending under one login.
- Plan to lean on AI agents for prospecting, replies or calls.
- Send about 500,000 emails a month and want the lower base price.
- Want the API on the cheapest plan or a built-in CRM.
- Value a rating backed by thousands of reviews.
You can start a PlusVibe trial or an Instantly trial and run the same small campaign on each.
How to test both during the free trials
Both trials last 14 days with no credit card, so you can compare them on your own data.
- Use the same list. Pick about 250 contacts, which is Instantly's trial cap on uploaded contacts.
- Use the same copy. Load one short sequence into both tools word for word.
- Use separate mailboxes. PlusVibe's trial allows up to 3 connected accounts. Third-party reviews say Instantly's allows 2. Never connect one mailbox to both tools at once.
- Stay inside the limits. Each trial covers 1,000 emails.
- Judge the daily work. Time the setup, sort and answer replies, and check whether the reports tell you what you need.
A small test will not prove deliverability, but it shows which workflow your team prefers. You can open a PlusVibe trial here.
Can you use both?
You can, but running two sending platforms for the same campaigns doubles warmup, setup and billing for little gain.
A more sensible split is data versus sending. Instantly sells Credits as their own subscription, so you could use SuperSearch to build and verify lists and send from PlusVibe. Check one limit first: Credits users without an Outbound plan can upload only 250 leads to campaigns, and moving leads from SuperSearch to lists needs Hypergrowth or Light Speed, so test the export path before you pay.
Running both senders only makes sense for a short side-by-side test.
Alternatives worth a look
These come from the same research, with prices from each vendor's own pricing page as of October 2026.
- Smartlead: Base $39, Pro $94, Unlimited Smart $174 and Unlimited Prime $379, with unlimited contacts from $174 and a lead finder included on the top tiers. See our Smartlead vs Instantly comparison for the details.
- Email Bison: one flat plan at $599 a month for 500,000 emails, with isolated infrastructure, dedicated IPs and unlimited workspaces. No lead database.
- lemlist: priced per user, from $69 a month, with LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and call steps on its Multichannel plan.
Final verdict
Both tools handle the core job well. They split on volume and data.
PlusVibe is the better value from about 6,000 to 150,000 emails a month. It includes enrichment credits, unlimited teammates and a unified inbox on its $37 plan, and webhooks plus the API at $77. You give up a lead database, multichannel steps and some reporting depth. See the current plans on the PlusVibe site and our full PlusVibe review.
Instantly is the better pick if you want data, AI agents and sending in one place, or if you send 500,000 emails a month, where Light Speed costs $139 less than PlusVibe Agency. You pay for that with stacked subscriptions and tighter contact caps. Check the Instantly plans and our in-depth Instantly review.
If you would rather skip both setups, book a call with Koldify and have the agency behind Nerdy Joe run your outbound.

Frequently asked questions
Is PlusVibe or Instantly cheaper?
It depends on volume. As of October 2026, PlusVibe is cheaper from about 6,000 to 150,000 emails a month: Personal costs $37 for 25,000 emails and Business $77 for 150,000, against $97 for Instantly Hypergrowth. At 500,000 emails Instantly wins, with Light Speed at $358 against PlusVibe Agency from $497. Confirm current prices on both pricing pages before you buy.
Which is better for agencies, PlusVibe or Instantly?
For small and mid-sized agencies that bring their own lead lists, PlusVibe is usually cheaper, with unlimited team members on every plan and extra workspaces from $29 a month on Business. Instantly suits agencies that want lead data and AI agents in the same account, but isolating clients means separate workspaces, each with its own subscription.
Which has better deliverability, PlusVibe or Instantly?
No independent placement data exists for either tool, so nobody can honestly name a winner. Both include unlimited warmup, custom tracking domains and bounce protection, and both sell inbox placement testing as a paid add-on. PlusVibe advertises a 99.7% deliverability guarantee, but it publishes no terms for it.
Do PlusVibe and Instantly have a lead database?
Instantly does. SuperSearch lists 450M+ contacts on the pricing page (610M+ in the help center) and runs on credits sold from $9 a month. PlusVibe has no searchable lead database. It offers enrichment credits, an email finder and a Chrome scraper, so you need your own lists or a separate data tool.
Can you use PlusVibe and Instantly together?
Yes, though few teams need two sending platforms. One possible split is Instantly Credits for prospect data and PlusVibe for sending, since Instantly sells Credits as a separate subscription. Check Instantly's lead export limits on Credits-only accounts first, and keep each mailbox connected to only one sending tool.
Do PlusVibe and Instantly offer a free trial?
Both offer a 14-day trial with no credit card. PlusVibe's trial includes 1,000 emails, warmup for 3 inboxes, up to 3 connected accounts and 100 enrichment credits (another part of the page says 300). Instantly's trial includes 1,000 emails, 250 uploaded contacts and 100 credits.
How hard is it to switch from Instantly to PlusVibe?
Mailboxes you own can be reconnected to PlusVibe through Google, Microsoft 365 or SMTP. Instantly done-for-you accounts pause without an active Instantly Outbound plan, and some reviewers say Instantly DFY domains cannot be transferred out, so ask support before you cancel.
