The best Saleshandy alternatives in 2026 are Instantly for an easy all-in-one setup, Smartlead for agencies that need unlimited contact storage, PlusVibe for the lowest cost at mid volume, and Apollo when the real problem is finding good contacts. lemlist and Reply.io fit teams that need LinkedIn and calling steps next to email. Saleshandy itself is a solid, fairly priced tool, so switch only when one of these fixes a specific limit you keep hitting.

Why people look for Saleshandy alternatives
Saleshandy does a lot for the money. Every plan includes unlimited email accounts, unlimited warmup, a unified inbox, API and MCP access, and Lead Finder credits, according to Saleshandy's own pricing file. That is a better bundle than many rivals offer at the same price.
The reasons to look elsewhere are usually about limits and fit, not quality:
- Seats on the lower plans. Starter is a single-user plan, and Pro allows up to 10 users. Unlimited users only arrive on Scale at $189 a month.
- White label sits high up. Saleshandy's help center lists white label on Scale only, and its live pricing page groups it with the custom Enterprise plan. Either way, it is not on Starter or Pro.
- A short, capped trial. The trial lasts 7 days and caps sending at 100 emails. You cannot judge deliverability at real volume in that window.
- Multichannel is not clear on every plan. The pricing page mentions multichannel sequences in the Pro view, while the pricing file lists dialer credits as an add-on and describes no other multichannel features.
- You want a different data source. Saleshandy's Lead Finder credits are useful, but teams that live in a dedicated B2B database may prefer a tool built around one.
Saleshandy at a glance (as of October 2026)
| Plan | Monthly | Annual (per mo) | Active prospects | Emails/mo | Lead Finder credits/mo | Users |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $41 | $34 | 2,000 | 6,000 | 1,500 | 1 |
| Pro | $99 | $76 | 30,000 | 100,000 | 4,000 | Up to 10 |
| Scale | $189 | $149 | Unlimited (fair use) | 200,000 | 8,000 | Unlimited |
Saleshandy's help center says Scale volume can rise to 300,000 emails for $299 a month or 600,000 for $599, and that the Scale fair use policy caps active prospects at 2x the monthly sending limit. Saleshandy also sells email infrastructure as a separate subscription, listed at $3.49 per mailbox per month on its Annual Flexi option with a 25-mailbox minimum.
Use this table as the baseline for every alternative below.
1. Instantly: best all-in-one swap
Instantly is the most direct replacement if you like having sending, lead data, a CRM and AI tools under one login. As of October 2026, its Outreach plans are Growth at $47 a month (5,000 emails, 1,000 uploaded contacts), Hypergrowth at $97 (125,000 emails, 25,000 contacts) and Light Speed at $358 (500,000 emails, 100,000 contacts). Instantly's pricing page says all Outreach plans include unlimited email accounts and warmup.
Where it beats Saleshandy: - More emails per dollar at the mid tier: Hypergrowth sends 125,000 emails for $97, against Saleshandy Pro's 100,000 for $99. - A large built-in database (SuperSearch), plus AI agents and a CRM, if you want one vendor for everything. - Workspaces and white label from Hypergrowth, below Saleshandy's Scale tier.
Where Saleshandy is better: - Contact limits. Instantly counts uploaded contacts as a fixed cap that does not reset monthly, and Growth allows only 1,000. Saleshandy Starter allows 2,000 active prospects. - Lead data is bundled. Instantly sells Credits, CRM and inbox placement as separate subscriptions, so a full stack costs more than the Outreach price suggests. - Replying from the Unibox, team invites, webhooks and subsequences all require Hypergrowth, per Instantly's plan comparison.
Best for: small teams that want the simplest setup and are fine paying for add-ons as they grow. Read our full Instantly review for the plan details, or try Instantly.
2. Smartlead: best for agencies and big contact lists
Smartlead is built around unlimited mailboxes and agency features. As of October 2026, its plans are Base at $39 a month (2,000 contacts, 6,000 sends), Pro at $94 (30,000 contacts, 90,000 sends), Unlimited Smart at $174 (unlimited contacts, 150,000 sends) and Unlimited Prime at $379 (unlimited contacts, 500,000 sends). Smartlead's FAQ says all plans include unlimited email accounts at no extra cost.
Where it beats Saleshandy: - Unlimited contact storage from $174, which matters if you keep large lists loaded across many campaigns. - Client workspaces and white label at $29 per client per month from Pro, far below Saleshandy's Scale or Enterprise gate. - Extras such as dedicated servers, a dialer and a lead finder (SmartProspect), sold as add-ons or included on higher plans.
Where Saleshandy is better: - Price at around 100,000 emails. Smartlead Pro stops at 90,000 sends, so 100,000 means Unlimited Smart at $174, against Saleshandy Pro at $99. - Lead credits on every plan. Smartlead's verified prospect emails cost $59 a month extra on Base and Pro. - Simplicity. Smartlead's add-on menu is long, and the true cost depends on which pieces you buy.
Best for: agencies running many client campaigns and teams that store tens of thousands of contacts. See our Smartlead review and the Smartlead vs Instantly comparison, or start a Smartlead trial.
3. PlusVibe: best value at mid volume
PlusVibe (formerly pipl.ai) is a sending-first platform with warmup, sender rotation, a unified inbox, AI reply handling and email verification in one app. As of October 2026, Personal costs $37 a month (25,000 emails, 30,000 active leads), Business costs $77 (150,000 emails, 100,000 active leads, API access) and Agency starts at $497 (500,000+ emails). Annual billing gives two months free.
We are open about our bias here: Koldify, the done-for-you agency behind Nerdy Joe, runs campaigns on PlusVibe, and Nerdy Joe is a PlusVibe Certified Silver Partner.
Where it beats Saleshandy: - Much higher volume per dollar. Personal sends 25,000 emails for $37, and Business sends 150,000 with 100,000 active leads for $77. - API access, webhooks and AI Reply Agents on the $77 Business plan. - Unlimited team members on every plan, per PlusVibe's plan list.
Where Saleshandy is better: - Lead data. PlusVibe has enrichment credits, an email finder and a Chrome scraper, but no searchable contact database. - Multichannel. PlusVibe is email only. - Placement testing. PlusVibe sells Email Placement Tests as a separate add-on from $19 a month. - Review base. PlusVibe has far fewer reviews than the larger tools, so there is less public feedback to judge it by.
Best for: teams and agencies that already have a data source and want the most sending for the money. Our PlusVibe review covers the full picture, or start a PlusVibe free trial (14 days, no credit card).
4. Apollo: best when the bottleneck is data
Apollo is a different kind of alternative. It is a B2B contact database first, with sequences, a dialer and AI built on top. Apollo's homepage says its database covers 240M+ contacts and 30M+ accounts.
Apollo's pricing page does not show dollar figures in its text, but third-party pricing reviews from late 2026 list Basic at about $49 per user per month billed annually, and Apollo has a free plan with no time limit.
Where it beats Saleshandy: - Data depth. You search, filter and verify contacts in the same place you sequence them. - Multichannel sequences that combine automatic emails, manual emails, calls, LinkedIn tasks and to-dos. - CRM integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce and others, plus a Chrome extension.
Where Saleshandy is better: - Pricing model. Apollo charges per user, so costs rise with headcount. Saleshandy prices by volume. - High-volume cold email across many secondary inboxes. Apollo's help center recommends starting at 50 emails a day per mailbox and allows up to 15 mailboxes per user depending on plan, which suits rep-led outreach more than mass sending.
Best for: sales teams that need fresh contacts every week. Many teams pair Apollo for data with a sending tool. Read our Apollo review or try Apollo free.
5. lemlist: best for LinkedIn plus email
lemlist is a multichannel tool known for personalization and a visual sequence builder.
As of October 2026, its Email plan costs $69 a month ($55 billed yearly) with unlimited senders and a 50,000 emails per month cap, and its Multichannel plan costs $109 per user ($87 yearly) with 5 sending accounts per user and LinkedIn, SMS and call steps. lemlist's pricing page says its warmup tool, lemwarm, is included on every plan and that its database covers 650M+ leads. Visit lemlist for current terms.
Where it beats Saleshandy: native LinkedIn steps, a dialer and WhatsApp as an add-on, all in one sequence.
Where Saleshandy is better: price per email at volume, and plan pricing that does not climb with every seat. lemlist's FAQ says pricing is based on the number of users.
Best for: founder-led and small sales teams that want LinkedIn and email working together.
6. Reply.io: best for multichannel teams that want an AI SDR
Reply.io covers email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS and WhatsApp, and sells an AI SDR called Jason AI.
As of October 2026, its pricing page lists Email Volume plans from $49 per user per month billed annually for 1,000 active contacts, Multichannel from $89 per user per month billed annually, and Jason AI from $500 a month. LinkedIn automation is an add-on at $69 per account per month. See Reply.io for details.
Where it beats Saleshandy: a mature multichannel workflow and an AI SDR option for teams that want reply handling and booking automated.
Where Saleshandy is better: cost. Reply.io charges per user and by active contacts, so a high-volume program costs much more than Saleshandy's Pro or Scale plans.
Best for: sales teams running structured multichannel cadences, especially those testing AI SDRs.
Price at common volumes (monthly billing, as of October 2026)
| Monthly need | Saleshandy | Instantly | Smartlead | PlusVibe |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| About 6,000 emails | Starter $41 (2k prospects) | Growth $47 (5k emails, 1k contacts) | Base $39 (6k sends, 2k contacts) | Personal $37 (25k emails) |
| About 100,000 emails | Pro $99 (30k prospects) | Hypergrowth $97 (125k emails, 25k contacts) | Unlimited Smart $174 (150k sends) | Business $77 (150k emails, 100k leads) |
| About 200,000 emails | Scale $189 (unlimited prospects, fair use) | Hypergrowth $97 plus $87 Outbound add-on (250k emails, 50k contacts) | Unlimited Prime $379 (500k sends) | Agency from $497 (500k+ emails) |
Two things stand out. PlusVibe is the cheapest up to 150,000 emails a month, and Saleshandy Scale is strong value at 200,000 emails if you also need unlimited users. lemlist and Reply.io are left out because they price per user, which makes a like-for-like volume comparison misleading.

How to choose
Start with the limit that made you look in the first place:
- "I need more emails per dollar." Pick PlusVibe up to 150,000 emails a month, or Instantly Hypergrowth if you also want its database.
- "I need to load huge lists." Pick Smartlead Unlimited Smart, which removes the contact storage cap.
- "I run campaigns for clients." Pick Smartlead or PlusVibe for per-client workspaces, or Instantly from Hypergrowth.
- "My lists are the problem." Pick Apollo, then decide whether to send from Apollo or pair it with a sending tool.
- "I need LinkedIn in the same sequence." Pick lemlist or Reply.io.
- "I'm happy, I just need more seats." Stay on Saleshandy and price out Pro or Scale before you migrate anything.
No tool fixes weak infrastructure. Before you switch, check your domains, authentication and inbox counts against our cold email infrastructure guide.
How to switch without hurting deliverability
- Export everything first. Download prospects, campaign stats, block lists and reply history from Saleshandy before your plan ends.
- Move mailboxes you own. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts you control can be disconnected and reconnected in the new tool. Mailboxes bought through a vendor's infrastructure service may follow different rules, so check before you cancel.
- Restart warmup in the new tool. Turn warmup on the day each inbox connects and keep campaign volume low for the first days while the new platform's settings settle.
- Rebuild your suppression list. Import your do-not-contact list and past unsubscribes before the first send.
- Run one small campaign. Use the trial to send a few hundred emails, watch bounces and replies, then scale.
Rather not run it yourself?
Switching tools is the easy part. The hard part is the weekly work of lists, copy, inbox health and replies.
Koldify is a done-for-you cold email agency that runs campaigns on PlusVibe, Smartlead and Email Bison. If you would rather hand it off, book a 30-minute call with David at Koldify.
Verdict
Saleshandy is a fair-priced tool with an unusually complete bundle, so do not switch for the sake of it.
If you want an easier all-in-one platform, Instantly is the closest match. If you run an agency or store huge lists, Smartlead fits better. If you want the most sending for the least money and already have data, PlusVibe is the value pick, and if your lists are the problem, start with Apollo.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best alternative to Saleshandy?
It depends on what you want to change. Instantly is the closest all-in-one swap, Smartlead suits agencies that want unlimited contact storage, PlusVibe is the cheapest option between about 25,000 and 150,000 emails a month, and Apollo is the pick if you need a large contact database with sequences.
Is Saleshandy cheaper than Instantly?
At the entry level, yes. As of October 2026, Saleshandy Starter is $41 a month for 6,000 emails and 2,000 active prospects, while Instantly Growth is $47 for 5,000 emails and 1,000 contacts. At around 100,000 to 125,000 emails a month the two are close: Saleshandy Pro is $99 and Instantly Hypergrowth is $97.
Does Saleshandy have a free trial?
Saleshandy offers a 7-day free trial on paid plans with no credit card required, according to its pricing file. Trial sending is capped at 100 emails, which is enough to test the interface but not deliverability at real volume.
Does Saleshandy include a lead database?
Yes. Every Saleshandy plan includes Lead Finder credits: 1,500 a month on Starter, 4,000 on Pro and 8,000 on Scale. A verified email costs 1 credit and a verified phone number costs 6.
Which Saleshandy alternative is best for agencies?
Smartlead and PlusVibe are the most common agency picks. Smartlead sells client workspaces with white label at $29 per client per month from its Pro plan, and PlusVibe offers extra workspaces from $29 a month on Business plus dedicated client workspaces on Agency. Instantly also offers workspaces and white label from Hypergrowth.
Can I move my mailboxes from Saleshandy to another tool?
If you own the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts, yes. You disconnect them in Saleshandy and connect them to the new tool. Mailboxes bought through a vendor's own infrastructure service are a different case, so check that vendor's transfer terms before you buy.
